AC power and Amps

I have a question? I have a rig that draws 22amps at max power. If my power outlet is on a 20 amp breaker why doesnt it blow. Not including having other equipment running at the same time.

What's the size of the fuse in the power supply powering that radio?

Your rig is drawing 22 Amps of 13.8 VDC. Your rig's power supply, when putting out the 22 Amps is probably drawing about 5 or 6 Amps of 120VAC.
