Strange Radio Sound

Basically, I got the sound from my cornet ED85EXS , and the frequency is 2.4 GHz using whip antenna .

Then there is a good chance you were listening to a Wireless Access Point, a wireless telephone or maybe a point to point digital microwave signal. All use 2.4 GHz and use digital protocols.

Just saw this tsvslc. No if they are transmitting in digital all you got was a bunch of gibberish that will not be decodable. You have to have captured it with digital equipment to be able to decode it. Analog just gives you the noise you heard. That is what clear voice will sound like on your analog radio if you catch a digital signal, sometimes it will just be carrier wave with no noise at all.
