and was wondering about "straight keys" vs. "Iambic keys". The Iambic seems to be the most efficient device. So I got on Google and found the following report by N1FN, "Iambic Keying - Debunking the Myth"; (not copyrighted). It appears that he believes the Iambic to be less efficient than a straight key. For those of you who do CW, which keys do you feel is better, ie; less fatigue, more comfortable doing a 2 - 3 hours contacts, etc.
I have studied the code and plan to try out QRP in a few months, (30 meters?).
As an after thought, the FT-2900R has CW trainer built in and that is helping me greatly.
Ok, ramblin' off; just wondering what you fist pounders think.
