I finally moved into a house where I have a permanent shack. Where everything is grounded like it's supposed to. I move my Yaesu FT-1802 back and forth between the vehicle and the house. When It's in the shack should it be grounded like everything else is? Thanks in advance.

Grounding at home should be more focused on the antenna/feedline and NEC Article 810 deals specifically with grounding of antennas. Do a google search on that and you will find all the info you need. Otherwise the radio and power supply would get treated as any other appliance plugged in the house AC.
