Phoenix Regional, they basically dispatch everybody, unit numbers are the 18x range and most often end up on the K9 or A9 channels.

The Phoenix Regional Dispatch Center handles communications for:
Phoenix (which also serves Paradise Valley and Laveen)
Glendale
Peoria
Sun City (which also covers Youngtown)
El Mirage
Surprise
North County (Sun City West, and soon to be Wittmann)
Tolleson
Avondale
Goodyear (also serves Litchfield Park)
Buckeye
Buckeye Valley
Tonopah
Harquahala Valley
Gila Bend EMS
Daisy Mtn (New River and the Desert Hills area)
Scottsdale
Tempe
Guadalupe
Chandler
Sun Lakes
Maricopa (The town, in Pinal County)

Phoenix RDC is also the 9-1-1 PSAP for Luke AFB, and they will transfer the call to Luke's FD dispatch. There are both automatic aid and mutual aid agreements in place between Luke AFB FD and the Phoenix RDC.
