Anyone around the Mohave County area hear the digital sound on this frequency?

I was outside with the old Pro-91 scanning the ISM and unlicensed bands when I decided to do a sweep across 460-470 to see if there was any commercial chatter active and this was signal was so strong it overloaded the scanner causing it to stop and pick up the audio all through out the search range. Even taking off the antenna I was still picking it up strong. I queried the RR database and FCC ULS for all licenses on the frequency in the state and couldn't come up with anything. I never saw this last month when I was testing the SDR on the range so it seems recent.

Also could anyone tell me what digital mode and/or type of trunking control this sounds like in the audio please?

Sounds like NXDN(Nexedge)
Rebel Comm has one site on Hayden Peak(WQYJ668) in Kingman County. They provide Nexedge repeater service.

Oh wow it looks fairly recent, that looks like that's it alright quite a lot of power there. Thanks a lot for the help.

Wonder how much they charge compared to WECOMs old LTR system.

I found that one a while back, but couldn't check it out because my scanner is not NXDN capable.

Oh nice so it does seem fairly recent, I don't have a NXDN scanner either. I have an SDR I can use with the C-Ch output on my BCT15x to trunk track it with DSD but my laptop gave out in June so I don't have a computer anymore.

Never figured we'd start needing digital scanners out here this soon.

I imagine more businesses will be transitioning to digital before any of the local public safety agencies do because of funding, although Lake Havasu just switched over to a P25 Phase 2 system recently so who knows. There are quite a few digital licences in Mohave county. You can search for them on this website. (https://digitalfrequencysearch.com/index.php) . I don't have an SDR, is there a specific one that you recommend? I have been looking in to getting one. I've actually just been using a Baofeng Uv-5r as a scanner since my Br330t died. .

Thanks for the link I'll start pooling through it. I got a Direct Sampling modded RTL-SDR from radioddity back in late 2014. It looks like this https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/41bhouTp+ML._SY355_.jpg and came with a little magnetic cellular antenna. I have an adaptor so I can use it with my telescopic scanner antenna and the radio shacm magmount I use aeound the house as well as various ham antennas at times. I don't see it on radioddity anymore but I've seen some on Amazon.
