Default Has anyone monitored the KRMC DMR repeater?

I was listening to the FB frequencies listed on the license for Kingman Regional Medical Center and hear what sounds like DMR on 461.125 which does have the DMR emission designator on the license.

Has anyone listened to it on a DMR capable scanner or SDR? I don't know for sure since my SDR laptop is out of service but I assume it would probably be encrypted?

I wonder if I could pick it up from Downtown Kingman. I am looking to get a new digital scanner with the DMR upgrade. I would guess Security and maintenance uses this frequency because that's who I see with radios in the hospital.

I'm not sure about the old Downtown area because of the ridge in the way but you should be able to hear it over the rest of town though, it puts out a good signal. I've observed the same thing as well when I was there for HAM club meetings though I have seen a couple handhelds sitting on the nurses station desk area in the middle of the ER though they could be set to the security channel incase a patient goes wild.

I monitored the second FB frequency on the license as well a bit but haven't heard anything on it ULS License - Industrial/Business Pool, Conventional License - WPZK766 - Kingman Regional Medical Center - Frequencies Summary

Radio patches are a thing out the past here. Everything is done by phone now.

There's a couple of VHF ambulance frequencies. Haven't monitored them yet though. I was browsing an old thread from 10 years ago and someone noticed they would use the old analog security frequency(now deprecated).

I heard CARE flight just now on MCSO Mutual Aid 155.475 with the portable. Very echoey and somewhat hard to make out outdoors without the acoustic ear tube piece.

Ill have to listen to that frequency more, usually I hear care flight on their x mas tree pass repeater on 151.520. 155.475 is actually a statewide mutual aid frequency known as VAIRS (Vhf Arizona interoperability radio system.) FYI, I just heard mcso and kpd were doing a search warrant at the big rig doll house apparently and had careflight and amr staging so that could be why careflight was on the mutual aid frequency.

Ah yeah I bet that was it, I got distracted watching Star Trek and missed it. Thanks.

Just listened to 461.125, encrypted, sounds like maintenance. I didn't see what if anything was on the other frequency.

Can you clarify, was it encrypted transmissions or cryptic transmissions? Curious if it was encrypted, how the maintenance ID was made.

Thanks,

Awesome. Thanks for adding that to the DB. Did you use a Whistler TRX-1? Could you make video of it receiving the KRMC please? I am curious.

I used a Whistler WS1080. I can try to take a video of it receiving, but quality is not perfect because I am a few miles away and I only get 2-3 bars receive.
