Seeing Phase 2 traffic with 856.7875 control Channel this morning. They have both portable/mobile traffic going on TG 801 and a WAVE client on a variety of phones. No other traffic so far, just testing. Lots of signal in East Valley.

Did you mean to title this post “APS Phase 2” and not ASU?
