Is PCSO full encryption

Spent hours looking for info, nothing. Is PCSO fully encrypted? Im getting hits, but no audio.
I can pull garbled transmissions from the info that a guy listed last year regarding them testing on new towers.
plugged in the RR freqs, get nothing. using ARC software, and finally got it in by using the Sentinel software.
I have the 436HP
any info would be great, I did do a lot of looking before bothering the group.

If you mean Pinal County as opposed to Pima County, yes, it has been reported here in previous threads that Pinal County Sheriff is 100% encrypted since switching to the new trunked system a few months ago.

Here's the database entry. "TE" means P25 Phase II (T), and encrypted (E).

Maybe the database needs updating? I don't have Phase II capability myself to listen.

What are the talkgroup numbers that you heard in the clear? 9001 Pinal County Sheriff Dispatch and 9002 Info/HOT are certainty encrypted tonight.

The County might be migrating be migrating other public works departments, Fire/EMS, or Interop talkgroups that might be in the clear. However, everything Pinal County Sheriff that I have logged has been encrypted.
