Near the Cali border Does APS have their own talk groups on the local trunking system or do all AZ DPS calls go out on their own 460.40 MHz repeaters?

I know district 4 has a known talk group on AZWINS, but I think they still use conventional UHF in that area. This time last year they still were.
They are still on 460.400. I just passed through Yuma on I-8 Saturday. There was no DPS (in the clear at least) on the AZWins system. There were many encrypted talkgroups, which I’m guessing were local agencies.
