I did a very quick cursory search and did not see any SWA licenses on or near Towers Mountain (Crown King), where the GMRS repeater is located. It is entirely possible I've missed something...wasn't SWA acquired by another company?

Yeah, from another post:

PMT and SW were bought by R/M. R/M was bought by AMR

Maybe it's under R/M or AMR now? I cant imagine they would have a tower up there anyhow. I know AMR has a presence in Prescott and Prescott Valley, I saw them yesterday and today, but there are better choices for tower sites to cover these two locations specifically.

Prescott and Prescott Valley are covered by LifeLine Ambulance. AMR is using SWA Ch. 20 for all IFT, SWA Ch. 17 is used for IFT Rollcall. SWA Ch.17 also broadcast dispatch side only as a kind of simulcast with 20.

Both. Station #1 in Mesa has a radio shop that works in conjunction with Creative Communications Sales and Rentals, Inc. in Phoenix.

What do you mean by "not on towers"? LLA works off four repeater and three simplex tac channels. https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?ctid=106

He means the Towers Mtn communications site. They don't have a repeater located atop Towers Mtn.

The GMRS repeater being interfered with is located atop Towers Mtn.
