Reviewing some older recordings made when I was in NW AR, I heard some transit type talk on 453.775 DMR Slot 1 color code 3 Talk Group 12301. Could be a school bus or transit type.
Nothing in the RR database.
Centerton City has a license for this freq but no DMR emission. (Tho that does not mean they are NOT using DMR!)
Could some folk in the Benton CO area plug this in and see what you hear?
