Darrylcn and NE1C4NSC4N ...I agree. it has been slow as of late. Only gonna be slower these next couple days due to the Holidays. Perhaps there will be a bunch of last minute flights on their way back home for Thanksgiving. (Also, I sent you both a PM)
BTW..You probably have been hearing aircraft logging in to Moncton Centre's new controller pilot data link (CPDL). Do you think this is going to impact our hobby much? Is there an easy way to intercept that data (like ACARS)?

Galaxy heading your way look! Spied something SW bound over Halifax a few mins ago from the bus. Nothing in that piece of the sky on planefinder and I could make out a big jet even with the naked eye.

Damn...missed that one. Would have been perfect conditions to get a shot. Thanks for the heads-up.
Soooo...anything interesting happen up your way? Perhaps involving a SeaKing? Wonder if you got any comms from that landing?

Naw, sadly only warning was from HRP, I figured they had already declared they were landing by that point so I just paused it where it was. I typically don't have anything aviation related enabled other than the tanking, Coronet and Maine ANG frequencies anyway.

Default Exercise Amalgam Dart

Increased Air Operations at 14 Wing... | Activities and Events | News & Events - News Room | 14 Wing Greenwood | RCAF | DND/CF
This could account for some interesting traffic. It's been going on since the 20th and would explain why Greenwood Ops freq has been so busy lately. Being a NORAD exercise, keep those Huntress frequencies plugged in.

Possibly related to the Exercise out of Greenwood, I'm picking up some A-A on 303.800 this morning. One of them mentioned it was 18 degrees at the airfield, sounds about right for the valley.

So, not much to hear down my way with this refueling. Pretty basic stuff: Audioboo / SNOOP55 with Ethyl55 on AR-20
Anybody else happen to tap in on the Exercise Amalgam Dart? I had two Cf-18s buzz the town on their way back to Greenwood today. Highlight of my day!

364.200 is Norad AICC channel
260.900 is a Norad channel used for CAP or training work
234.700 i think is a Norad/Huntress freq

You have any other Norad freqs that you listen to?? I belive the callsign up there is Sidecar? Thanks
