What happened to the downloadable archive on this site? I was on here a month or so ago & I was able to download Police dispatch audio from past days. Has that changed to a "premium" thing now?

The archive is still available.

After navigating to the state and county containing the feed you want to listen to, click on the first icon in the Links column for the feed, you'll be taken to a page containing details about the feed, below it you'll see the feed archive.

I had three shootings in 7 days on the block I live on & I wanted to listen to all the police chatter when it was all going down but didn't have a scanner or computer near me.
