Where do we post live incidents

Just wanted to know where we are suppose to post live incidents since there is no shoutbox etc.

I proposed in the thread "making the feed forums better" (or something like that) a Special Fourm like the "BREAKING NEWS" Forum on the Individual pages for the STATES. LB had stated there was NOT going to be a Shout box on this site. Untill Lindsey and Gordon work out the remaining issues and bugs, My best suggestion would be for you to use the INCIDENT - BREAKING NEWS on your States Forum page.
