I've mentioned this a few times to other members, I had a bad hum/buzz on my recordings and feed, and another member mentioned the AGC,
right click your speaker icon.
select recording devices.
select the device for your feed/recording.
select properties.
under the custom tab, uncheck the AGC.
fixed my problem right up.

I had the same problem till about 20 min ago. I had gone crazy thinking it was my equipment and tried replacements for it all up to trying a brand new computer. I had to install a new encoder program and them BAM! it was all gone. Alternative Broadcasting Software and Clients - The RadioReference Wiki

info needed to set them up is at end of your feed detail page.

When did you start your feed out of curiosity?
