Just wondering if there is a link on here to listen to live audio to the Ohio State Patrol...would that be Marcs?

There's no one feed that covers all of the highway patrol's operations. Many feeds have OSP talkgroups for the area the feed covers, however. For example, all of these feeds monitor local OSP in addition to other things:

Licking County Public Safety Live Scanner Audio Feed
Huron, Erie, and Lorain County Public Safety Live Scanner Audio Feed
Wheeling/Ohio County, WV and Belmont County, OH Public Safety Live Scanner Audio Feed
Allen County Public Safety Live Scanner Audio Feed
Northwest Ohio Digital and MARCS Live Scanner Audio Feed

You'll have to check the feeds for the areas you want to listen to, and see if OSP is streamed on them.
