Getting a strange audio sound on my feed...bit rate wrong?

Your feed bit rate & sampling rate are correct.
Not the cause of what you are hearing.

Overall I hear OK audio.
I do hear hiss or static on some transmissions.
This may be on the signal or you are getting a week signal.

I also sometimes hear control channel bursts from the trunked radio system.

Other audio is OK.
