Feed noise problem

Hello all,
I just set up my first feed and there seems to be way too much noise. Can someone please help me with clearing it up a little or give me some info on how to bring the noise level down?

Search ground loop isolator on Radio Reference, or re-evalutate how things are plugged in, that's noise from the power supply for the radio/scanner providing the feed.

Well I changed the audio cable from the scanner to the pc and that helped out a lot! still needs some work though.
