I just got my feed up and running today, here's a quick link to pull it up so you can hear the problem for yourself:

Carrollton, Addison, Farmers Branch and Coppell Fire / EMS

Anyway, for some reason the audio is duplicated with a tenth of a second delay or so. Basically a one time echo of every word spoken. I do not have a microphone on this computer so there's no way for it to be picking up the actual scanner speaker. I am completely stumped as to what could cause this issue, or how to describe it better. Ultimately all that matters is that the longer a transmission is, the more unintelligible the speech. Short transmissions are alright, you'll just hear "Received. Received." even though the person talking only said it once.

Scanner is BCD996P2
PC is running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit

Not really sure exactly what else is needed here, and don't want to flood this with useless information.

Think I solved the problem. There's a Line-In properties window and it was set to play through two different channels. I shut one down and hear it fine now with no echo.
