Can you just email the letter to Broadcasity or does it really need to go by mail. I mean it's 2018 technology has came a long way :)

Official Feed

Feeds can only be designed as official if the agency broadcasting the feed sends a letter to RadioReference.com, on official letterhead, requesting that the feed be identified as officially broadcast by the organization.
Official Feeds are live audio feeds broadcast and sponsored directly by the agency or organization being broadcast.

Identification
Official broadcast feeds are identified with the following red star under the feed genre column and show up in a separate listing as shown here: Official Audio Feeds.

The letter needs to contain the name and location of the feed broadcast, as well as a statement indicating that the organization wishes to have the feed marked as an provided by an official agency.

Applying for an Official Feed

The letter should be sent to:

RadioReference.com LLC

ATTN: Lindsay Blanton
RadioReference.com LLC
E-mail your signed letter to:
lindsay@broadcastify.com

There is at least 1 OFFICIAL FEED that does not have a star and is listed as an official agency feed. Possibly others.

Didn't know that about delays, also didn't know there were official feeds that are not labeled "Official Feed"...but then I am not Official :)

Is it me or does a 30 minute delay sound a little excessive?
