USB sound card Headphone Jack

Is there any way to listen to the stream live via the USB sound card's headphone jack? If so how do I go about getting that configured?

USB Sound Card Brodcastify (program Radio Feed)

My USB sound card is not broadcasting my feed. I have my scanner plugged into the microphone side and it picks up my two tone detect message but does not broadcast the feed. I have went in on the Radio Feed and configured it run on that sound card but it will not work. Any Suggestions

Uh why are posting in my thread? I'm pretty sure that's not ok on this forum... Not only that but they fact my question was whooshed right over it.
