Feed no.4 now online.....

I've just finished the setup for my now 4th feed.
Northern - North Tropical Coast & Tablelands Division, Queensland (QLD) Live Police, Fire, and EMS Scanners on RadioReference.com

Does the number of users depends on my bandwidth ?
Or does the 'feed' goto some 'cloud server' or something ?
My max upload speed is 0.8 Mbps

It goes to the radioreference servers, no one is using your bandwidth except for the 16kbps that is sent to the RR server.
