Error accessing RR

What can I do to corret the above error.
Remote name could not be resolved. api.radioreference.com
My link went down last week and I haven't been able to get it to work since.

If your computer is unable to resolve api.radioreference.com (meaning it's unable to lookup the IP address that is associated with api.radioreference.com) then that indicates that your computer or your router may be misconfigured (specifically the DNS settings).

I have a winsock error as well. I have tried to use some of the repair tools online, but they all need internet access to finish the installs. Do you know of any that I could download to a flash drive and transfer to the down computer.

Thats for the info. I have another laptop that I will be setting up very soon. Sorry the link has been down so long. Will have it back up sson. Can you possibly. Email me the setup information for scanner cast as I will have to reload that again, and I have slept since I did it a couple years ago.
