But i had put on my status that i will be gone for a extended time on my ststus, and i have to resubmit to broadcast again, I followed the rules, and still got pulled, what gives?

It is well documented that all feeds that are down for longer than 3 weeks will be deleted. Just re-apply and you'll be back up and running in no time...

For future reference:
All feeds are automatically deleted by the system after 3 weeks of inactivity.
If you need to take your feed down for a prolonged period of time, send a help request from your feed management page (the last tab) and one of the Live Audio Admins will make sure the feed does not get automatically deleted.
Putting a note in the status message accomplishes nothing as far as preserving your feed. There are thousands of feeds, the admins can't possibly review them all.
