2 Players embeded on 1 Page

Hello

I provide two streams to RR and am trying to embed them on this page Sun Prairie Police Scanner the problem is both autoplay even with as= set to as=0. I would like the one on the left to autoplay and the one on the right to not autoplay. Any solutions?
