Dekalb County, Georgia Feed

Has anyone been listening to that feed? It is running, but I don't hear any audio?

No, but after I made this post, I saw on the Georgia Discussion board, that apparently it is not a feed problem. It was stated everyone with scanners in the Atlanta area are only picking up the Dekalb County system off and on. Maybe Dekalb County is making changes to their system or changing Control channels of something?
