Any idea why the Dallas City Fire Dispatch feed is down or when it will be back up?

There is a note saying that Time Warner cable was down.

He was asking about the Dallas City Fire Dispatch feed, Not the Dallas City Fire Rescue Feed.
Looking now it appears both feeds are online.. Perhaps it was temporarily down..
