Who to contact when feeds are down?

The local feed for Hall County GA EMS and Fire Services are offline and I want to know who on BroadCastify is responsible for getting it back up.? Please advise at your earliest convenience. Thanks!

No one.
You should contact the FEED Provider, Broadcastify is only the Host :roll:

Feeds come and Go
Feeds go on/off Line for various reasons (Power, no more computer, radio died, owner moved)

You could also buy your own scanner and not be relient on an Internet feed.

Well maybe he listens to a feed which is out of range of a scanner. Everyone assumes people only listen to their local feeds. I have talked to my listeners from all around the world.
