Considering that the PD has encrypted their transmissions, chances are you won't hear much even if someone did put up a feed. The four cities in the Metrocrest Quad Cities Public Safety Radio System made the decision to encrypt all PD traffic after the ambush of several Dallas PD and DART PD officers following a peaceful protest march to protect officer safety.

At the time, they were having serious issues with the new Harris radio system and had moved back to the old Motorola system. Once this decision was made, they forced Harris to get the new system working NOW. By then, Harris had been working for several months making changes and correcting issues and finally got the new system reliable enough for the cities to move back. At that time, the cities PD traffic went 100% encrypted (well, there was the odd transmission in the clear, but this was the rare exception).

Don't expect any PD feeds from the associated cities. The PD traffic being encrypted on the new system basically is why the prior feed provider most likely pulled the plug on their feeds. I understand that they were prepared to host them on the new system when it went live and had gotten new Phase II scanners for that purpose but all have been removed at this point.

RR site has them listed as "T" i assumed they TDMA II since 'E' for encryption is not listed

When they originally moved to the new system they were indeed mostly in the clear and that's why it lists "T". Well, in reality, they initially were encrypted on the new system but due to the issues they went in the clear in an attempt to verify that encryption wasn't the problem. At that time RR changed everything to "T" that were initially listed as "E". When they went back on the new system following that July 2016 ambush with the Dallas Police, the PD went back to full encryption, which is where they remain at this time. RR simply has not yet corrected the entries to reflect the encrypted nature of their transmissions.
