What is Going on with FDNY Feeds

The FDNY Feeds went from being down to looking as though they are up but the static and lack of sound is all over the place

Can anyone offer an explanation

I am finding lack of sound is not limited to FDNY. The Philly fire feeds are also silent.

Same here, no audio on the FDNY borough feeds.
