Did you try contacting the feed provider directly by using the Contact Broadcaster link? The feeds are provided by people who are located locally, so the best way to get an answer is to contact the person with the scanner directly.

They are Broadcastify provided. Look what happens when you click the “Contact Feed Provider” button

Ah, I see that now. I had checked to see that they weren't official feeds provided by the agencies. Hopefully, somebody can chime in with an answer.

I was wondering because I could potentially share them myself. I haven't looked into sharing to much in the past though because of the source.

The Alexandria VA feed provided does say, "Currently experiencing technical problems with this feed. We are working on the issue, however there might be extended downtime due the the rural location of the radio." I'm assuming the MD feeds are receiving from the same site.
