Garbled audio on Phone but Clear on PC

So, When listening to my fire feed on my phone using Scanner Radio (Pro) The audio is garbled. However, When listening through my PC via manage feed, The audio is clear. I tried to record the audio through Scanner Radio, But it came out clear. Does anyone know what the issue is? Please note when listening to my other feed through Scanner Radio, Its clear and not garbled.

Maybe Try a Phone Reboot--There Might have been an Update---Just a Suggestion

My phone always sounds worse than the audio on my PC. I think smartphone audio sucks plain and simple.
