Great! Now how are you going to fit them into the radio's memory with only 256 contacts allowed?

Slightly strange, originally Kitto Chen posted two version of V1.1.4 in the files section both are now gone but another user has reposted one of them. Meanwhile the old 8/22 update remains on the RO support site. It's a bit .... odd.

Yep, channel limitation is a problem. Oh well. I gave up and the perfect CODE PLUG and went simple. But most everything is working for me (including PL tones).

Only thing I wish I had was promiscuous.

That is supposedly coming to a firmware update. I'm not holding my breath, but so far they have been very proactive in addressing bugs in a timely manner.

I'm just wondering why the young lady who's been so helpful removed Facebook profile and disappeared!

maybe she was "tooo" helpful.... sad though... i was enjoying the BETA CPS....

Quick question: Do you know where to get a DMR download of the last active DMR ID's by chance?

I was thinking if I could get all the known DMR ID's in the last 7 days on my local reflector, it would probably be in the 100 range and nice to load into the GD-77

I just got the gd-77 firmware version v2.05.03. CTCSS seems to work fine on it. DMR does work, but I noticed a quirk in scanning. When scanning a scan group, the frequency display does not change, so you gotta guess when you hit a station. Also, keying the mic pauses, but does not completely stop scanning. Scanning will resume after a couple seconds.Anyone seeing this when scanning, and any suggestions for fixing it? Am I missing a setting?

This is available now... works great from the limited testing I've done so far.

That would be Jasmin... someone apparently reported her account saying that it was a fake account or she wasn't who she said she was, something along those lines. She's back now though.

I was reading about that on their Facebook page. I note that there is also at least one other from Radioddity there now as well.

I just updated to the latest firmware v2.06.01 this evening. I haven't had time to check Promiscuous Mode yet.

It does now.

In case anyone missed it firmware is now up to V2.6.3 with CPS at V1.1.5.

While the admit criteria still isn't quite right, with talk permit fixed it' a pretty usable entry level DMR radio.

You're welcome. You can also download the latest configuration software (V1.1.5) from the files section.
