According to the local news here in Oregon, this guy was arrested and then released from the Lane County Oregon Jail in Eugene earlier this month because the Lane County District Attorneys office has been unable to prosecute misdemeanors and 25% of felonies for the past 10 years due to budget cuts and so they dropped his weapons and drug charges all together...horrible.
