Chp base tac 2

Hi,
I finally heard traffic today in the border area on the above digital. Officer talking to dispatch about a plate. Since Chipers started years ago it’s been quiet... until today. Anyone else hearing rptrffic on any of the base freq.?

Are you referring to the 700Mhz frequencies? If so, I stopped listening to them because I never hear anything. If you are hearing something I might start trying again.
I live in the North San Diego County area and listen to the Oceanside TAN channels.

Yes , I’m thinking the officer was using it as a tac freq. it came in super clear and loud.
