I was wondering if anyone had any information on the LTR system in use at AT&T park?

Here is the license:
http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR&action=fcc&cs=WQAF710

And here is the only information I could find on it, is a post by Greg Stramback
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/bayscan/message/27334

Here's what information I have on the new LTR system operating @ SBC Park...

Repeaters in LCN order... (verified)

3 451.3125
7 451.5125
11 452.0625
15 452.1875
19 451.3125

Site security is on channel 5 almost exclusively... from what I understand,
the other users don't have the 5th channel so security can have a clear
channel.

Talkgroup ID's...

85-100-19 Security
12-101-11 Suites
50-102-15 Guest Services
20-1-3-7 Maintenance
5-104-7 Promotions
10-105-11 Enterprises

other TG's in use but not identified...

106-3
107-3
108-3
109-3
110-3

Conventional Freqs...

Engineering 462.325R D703
Staff 467.000 D155
Concessions 466.475 D503
Novelty 461.975 D031
Bars 467.7625 D445
Warehouse 467.125 D116
Spare? 461.175 D731
Security 463.850 D331
Private Staff 467.150 D627

Engineering should be the only repeater in that list.

Other unidentified...

456.5125
456.3125
457.0625
456.5125
456.3125

Agreed. He's still missing the area bit, so the first digit of the TG ID is going to be either a 0 or a 1. After that, take the last digit of his talkgroup ID after the dash and put it in the middle, and then take the middle 3 digits between the dashes and put them at the end, and you'll get the real talkgroup ID... maybe.
