Hi Bill, the police, fire and ems are all on a Motorola Astro Digital Network. Distribution of those frequencies is prohibited. However, airport frequencies are pretty much public knowledge;

Adams Tower - 118.7
Adams Ground - 121.9
Adams Radar - 129.35
Adams Approach & Departure - 128.85
Adams ATIS - 132.725
