Can i use a work man b100 on a 10 meter ham radio if i can would 20 feet lmr 400 work thanks...

Yes, but the results will be poor. You need enough coax to get from the antenna to the radio.

You should be able to the freq range of that antenna is 26 to 30 mhz....

That antenna is not a great performer. You'll have better results with an A-99 or IMAX, or even a home made ground plane.

I agree A-99 the B100 is a waste of money...
