I lost my old call sing from the 70,s how can I get a copy of it

There is no way to get a copy.
Those were issued before all the on-line and electronic paperwork came into existence.

I recently found my CB license and it looks like they used a broken typewriter to fill in all the information on the standard form; many letters are way out of alignment. It must have been an old machine and they were trying to get one more day out of it using bubble gum and paperclips to hold it together.

I recall mine looking like that too, LOL. It is long, long gone. There was a thread about this awhile back, those old hard copy records are long since dust.

Those typesets were done that way on purpose to prevent fraud. Almost impossible to duplicate at the time.
