1989 Cobra 25LTD Classic. Has what appears to be an echo board. Under the knob, it states "Tech Voice". The radio is from an estate and is untested. It powers on and the meter swings when keyed up. I do not have an antenna to test, and is being sold as non-working / parts due to inability to test. Price is basically shipping cost in the hopes someone can use it. Paypal accepted.
