It's R30 and the antenna that is stock with it - no box. Unit is about 1 year old. I have the belt clip somewhere, but can't find it - if I do locate it, it'll be shipped out at no cost to purchaser if I'm able to get in contact.(Will be searching for up until sale)
I don't know if the unit tells you how much "battery life" is left in the battery, but I've only ever charged it ~20 times
