Picked these up at a local reseller and didn’t realize they were 700/800 and they won’t do returns.

As-is. Both power on. Pass self test and button test. They both transmit on 806.0125MHz. Each radio receives. One volume knob isn’t very “smooth”, but functions just fine. One battery seems to be going bad. Will drop to low battery during transmit then back to full when you let offs. Maybe can be reconditioned?
one of the radios has what looks like a headphone adapter on it. That radio, the volume button isn’t “smooth”. It kinda “clicks” like the channel knob. Works, just not fluid.
May be willing to trade for things of similar value. Ideas: A handful of "nice" GMRS radios? Unication (G4/G5)? Digital scanner? 450MHz 2500s?
