Purchased this new myself and is free of any scratches or issues. I would consider it in perfect condition. Will come
in original box along with the BC GPSK GPS, an extra telescopic antenna and the HP2 mount clip (not pictured)
that you can customize to your own mount. I used a RAM windshield mount and it worked
beautifully. The HP2 is great to travel with being most statewide systems are not DMR or NXDN.
Also comes with the tabletop bracket it sets in.
