These carrier board kits allow connections to the NiceRF.com SA-818 Radio module, thus taking the strain off the pads being wired to directly.
Connections for programming and the radio's (+5vdc), Ground, PTT, PL decode out, Receive audio out, Transmit audio in functions are available on a 6-pin header.
VHF & UHF SA-818 modules can be mounted on a board with a onboard dummy load resistor.
Version 3 boards have connection to an external antenna, UHF board with a Mini-Circuits LFCN series low-pass filter pre-installed on the board providing approximate -60 of the F2 component.
Low power (about 200mw) setting allows for extremely high ON duty cycle, 1 watt is intermittent use only.
Kits come with all mounting hardware.
