The scanner works perfectly and is in excellent condition. No cracks or breaks anywhere and the screen is clean & clear. The keypad an side buttons are all functional. I had a problem where it stopped charging. I suspected the USB jack had come loose so I sent it back to Uniden for service. I also reported that the knob had become a little loose (but still worked). Uniden replaced the knob as well as the jack. Everything works great now.
