Free shipping! The power cord, bracket, screws, vehicle power supply cords, telescoping antenna, programming cable, and manual will be included. I did a factory reset on the scanner so whoever buys it can set it up with their city/county. I will only ship within the U.S. I can accept Venmo and PayPal as methods of payments.
