Working condition, I had to change to a P25-capable scanner when my county switched to the staewide 800MHz system. Comes woth a power brick, runs on 12 Volts so it can be used in a vehicle or as a base. BNC antenna connector. I do not have a programming cable or software, I did it the hard way through the front panel. Used and as-is (but guaranteed working as of now), please research its capabilities to make sure it will work for you.View attachment 115286
