Hello, I'm in the market for a cheep dual band mobile to use as a base station in my apartment. I'm not fussy about what brand it is looking for something right around 100 bucks. I'm pretty much just looking for a basic vhf/uhf so I can hit some of the Skywarn repeaters in the area a bit better and maybe get going on the all star network.
