What is NOT included:
USB Cable. (I do not have the original program/charge cable. I believe you can easily pickup the USB cable for programming through Amazon and others)

Condition: The radio is in very good condition. If you hold the radio at certain angles you can see that there are scratches to the display, however I do not believe they are visible during standard use. Other than the display scratches, the radio, antenna, other accessories and packaging are in excellent condition.
